Have mold in laundry room, which is off of my back sun room. I need 2 estimates from certified mold removers to give to my lender for purchase of house. My realtor will have to meet them both at the house to let them in to do estimate.

Orange, spongy, massive mold body growing inside walls and floors. and out of carpet. Mushrooms with caps have been visible too. I also believe that I am starting to have health issues related.

Visible mold in basement, not black mold. No dehunidifier has been used. Clothing, cardboard boxes have been stored on the basement floors and shelving for 7+ years without movement or cleaning. My home has no slab floor and no ventilation under house, Mold has been festering under me for 7 years,they are finally giving out, I will need all new floors throughout home and the mold that is on what little foundation I have needs cleaned and prevent from coming back, maybe a barrier of some sort should lay on the dirt floor 3 feet below.

We tested a room in our house for mold with a kit from Home Depot (sent to lab for results). The results indicated that we have mold. Even though it appears we don't have the toxic kind we'd like to get an estimate on remediation/moisture control suggestions.
